Which fruit comes in your mind in summers or when you feel really sweaty and hot. Did I hear WATERMELON? Yes, Watermelon is a great fruit to have in summer because it contain about 92% water content and it’s so refreshing. It has other health benefits like; it is extremely low in calories and good for weight loss, controls high blood pressure, good for the heart, a natural diuretic and the best to keep you hydrated.
You can eat watermelon like that but what if you can make a refreshing drink by adding some of the other refreshing elements to it. So let’s began our recipe to make a super refreshing Watermelon Drink/crush by adding Mint to it and please follow the step by step recipe to make this simple and easy drink at home: –

Ingredients
- Watermelon Cubes – One Big Bowl deseeded
- Mint Leaves – ¾ Cup
- Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
- Black Salt – ¾ tsp
- Ice Cubes
- Lemon slice for garnishing
Instructions
- Add Watermelon and mint together in a blender jar and blend till smooth paste
- Filter the juice in a big jug, mix black salt and add lemon juice
- Add crush ice in the Juice and serve it in the glass with garnished lemon slice
Tips
- While removing seeds from Watermelon, you can leave the tender white seeds because they have health benefits
- If watermelon is not sweet then you can add some sugar to the juice
