Bread Pizza Recipe | Bread Pizza On Tawa | How to make Bread Pizza at Home without Oven ब्रेड पिज्जा

Bread Pizza is a quick snack recipe which you can make to entertain guests at short notice, for kids parties, kitty parties and any get-together. In this recipe, instead of using oven; we will cook it on tawa till the base is crisp and cheese melts completely or 70%. So let’s start and please follow the following recipe step by step to make simple, easy and healthy Bread Pizza (ब्रेड पिज्जा) at home: –

Ingredients
- 6 Multigrain or Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread Slices
- 3 tsp Butter
- 4 tsp Pizza Sauce
- 4 tsp Onion – Finely Chopped or slices
- 4 tsp Capsicum – Finely Chopped
- 3 tsp Tomatoes – Chopped
- 2 slices of Cheese
- ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese – Grated
- ¼ tsp Oregano
- ¼ tsp Chat Masala
Instructions
- First, take 2 slices of bread and spread butter on one side of each bread slice generously
- Toast the butter side of bread on pan/tawa on low heat till golden brown
- Turn off the heat and remove the bread to a cutting board or plate
- Put the 1 slice of cheese between the toasted bread. On top of the bread, spread pizza sauce thinly or as desired
- Top with chopped onions, capsicums, tomatoes and now grate and layer the Mozzarella cheese then sprinkle organo and chat masala
- Now grease the pan/tawa with butter and place the bread pizza on the tawa.
- Cover with lid and cook till the cheeze melts. This will take only 50-60 seconds.
- Once the cheese melts, immidiately transfer the bread pizza on cutting board and cut it into slices.
- Serve Tawa Bread Pizza hot with ketchup.

Tips
- We can make this recipe healthier by using multigrain or whole wheat bread and varieties of vegetables, for example, olives, corn, paneer, bell papers…
- Use very good quality of Pizza sauce to taste more like a Regular pizza
